Albert Joseph Raineri

Al passed away May 15, 2018 at the age of 92.  Survived by his loving wife, Holly of 64 years.  Adored father of Ann, Uncle of Thomas (Judy) Galletti and Carla (Mark) Gaul; also survived by his many grandnieces and grandnephews.  A retired partner of the Oakland Scavenger Company for 44 years. A member of ICF Branch #10 and several Italian social clubs.

Those who knew Al, will miss his generous, gentle and kind ways.  A very special thanks to his caregivers who grew to love my dad over the years and the friends who continued to visit him.  His Italian heritage and faith was ever present and we hope to continue to follow in his footsteps.  His ability to nurture cymbidium orchids was enjoyed by many. His family and friends who have already passed are having a joyous reunion.

Family and friends are invited to visit on Monday, May 21st at Grant Miller after 6:00 PM; rosary at 7:00 PM.  Mass at 10:30, Tuesday at St. Margaret Mary’s Church, with burial immediately following at St. Joseph’s Cemetery.
